The condo was quiet and peaceful with a minimum number of people on the beach. It was a bit farther than I am used to from Costco and Walmart and all the restaurants in that area, but it is definitely a quieter, more serene setting. The building and the condo were both well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to fix our meals.
We booked an 8 day stay and didn't want to leave. The location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views, friendly staff and the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. This location provided us with beach gear which made the experience so much better and a fully functioning kitchen. We have visited Hawaii 6 times and this is the first time we agreed that we want to come back to this location. Thank you Fred for the wonderful stay.
Stay here! The most beautiful, quaint place you'll ever want to stay. Such incredible views and great for a romantic getaway (not us) and for families with kids (us). Fred was super amazing and responsive. A true paradise!

We had the absolute best time at Fred's. The location and sunsets and proximity to the beach were the best we've had on the island. The chairs and cooler and beach toys were an added plus. We felt right at home and comfortable the second we got there.
We loved the Airbnb and how it was literally on the beach. There were plenty of amenities to go down to the beach like chairs and umbrella a cooler. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful secluded and private beach! This property is at the Hawaiian Princess Resort on a private beach that is about a mile long. Friendly and helpful staff at the resort. This apartment comes with everything you can think of and more. We would definitely stay here again. The property is about 45 minutes from HNL airport without traffic.
Fred was an excellent and responsive host and his place right on the beach is a sight to behold! The AC and fans worked great, the bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment had a washer and dryer which was so useful. It was clean and comfortable and the building is safe and friendly. It's easy to find and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you again Fred for a wonderful stay!
Absolutely beautiful oceanfront location, and better than we expected! Bed was comfy, linens were very clean and pretty, bathroom was clean and neat. Fred was very helpful. The only problem was that our time there was too short at 3 days.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hawaiian Princess. Fred's unit was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you'll need. The westside of Oahu doesn't have all the restaurants, bars and activities Waikiki or the North Shore has, but it's a hidden gem if you enjoy beautiful empty beaches.
Fred was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions. The condo was perfect! We were right on the beach. We saw turtles and a seal lounging on the beach! We would definitely go back!
Our favorite part of the rental was the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It was also steps away from sitting on the beach, swimming or watching the sunset! The condo had everything we needed.
The view from the patio is unbelievable. It's essentially a private beach. The place is small but perfect for a couple. Beach gear and snorkel equipment was right there and you can snorkel in the cove the condo overlooks. We would definitely go back. The host was a gem also.
Fred's place was an absolute slice of paradise on the west side of Oahu. Very responsive host, check in was easy, exactly as described and more! Everything seemed so thoughtfully provided for guests. Thank you for the home away from home. We are grateful! Mahalo!
